Matters Arising from Finance Meeting on 4th Oct 2021: arrange for repair and general service of floor cleaning machine (SA); install flytipping warning sign on wall behind the LCC rubbish skip (SA); Contact Lewis Barber regarding potential Highways Essex risk assessment of our car park entrance (PA); submit completed 2020/21 accounts to Charity Commission website (PA); purchase new tables to replace missing ones (SA); proceed with replacement of village cinema sound-mixing desk (PA/CJ); ask Trustees to approve free hire of hall for Platinum Jubilee events next June (PA)
