Yoga (Relaxercise Class)
Slow paced yoga, mindfulness and relaxtion techniques with an emphasis on stress reduction and wellbeing enhancement. No experience of yoga necessary, ideal for prople with stress related illness, anxiety, fatigue or sleep problems.
Taught by Louise Fortunato (BWY qualified yoga teacher and PG Dip IYT Toga Therapist).
Six week block bookings only (£60).
